Individual Baklava Apple Pies are a wonderful individual dessert size pie. They come together by lining layers of Fillo Pastry into the holes of a muffin tin. It’s a great technique to use when you want to create an individual pie serving, and can be used to make both sweet pies and savoury pies. We’ve filled these pies with spiced apples, almonds and walnuts, and topped them with a honey and cinnamon syrup.

Trigona are a traditional Greek dessert which originate from Thessaloniki in Greece. They get their name ‘trigona’ which means ‘triangles’ in Greek, from their triangular shape. Layers of Fillo Pastry are folded into a triangle shape and baked until golden and crispy. Once cooled, they are coated in syrup and piped with a delicious custard cream filling.
