Pull your baking pans out, grab your Fillo Pastry and nuts and celebrate this crunchy, delicious, syrup-laden dessert!

Yiayia Marina’s 60-year-old baklava recipe is amazing and our personal favourite! Find Yiayia’s Marina’s baklava recipe along with her top tips for making Baklava here.  If you can’t stop at one baklava recipe, have a browse of our baklava recipe collection for a number of different variations of this delicious Fillo Pastry dessert.
