Earlier this week we had the honour of experiencing our first CEO CookOff event hosted by OzHarvest.
The CEO Cook-Off brings over 200 CEOs, business leaders and corporate teams together with 50 of Australia’s top chefs to cook for over 1,400 vulnerable Australians. This year the event raised over $2.6 million in support of fighting food insecurity and food waste in Australia.
We were lucky enough to be cooking with the very talented Alessandro Pavoni from Ormeggio at the Spit, preparing a delicious roasted vegetable, fetta & ricotta Kataifi pie for entrée and a lamb ragu gnocchi for main meal.
We donated Kataifi Pastry for all 50 chefs to prepare a delicious entree for the special guests. It was an incredibly memorable night, one that we will never forget and were so proud to be part of.
