Knafeh or Kunafa in India?
There are many ways to spell and pronounce this delicious dessert - Knafeh, Kunafa, Kanafe, Kunefe. In India, it is most commonly referred to as ‘Kunafa’. Kunafa is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with Kataifi Pastry or Kunafa dough which is soaked in sweet sugar syrup and layered with cheese or cream, and topped with nuts.
