How to make a scrunched Fillo Pastry pie top
Lay the whole stack of Filo Pastry in front of you on the bench, with the short edge facing you.
Brush a sheet of Filo Pastry liberally with butter, one at a time
Lightly scrunch the buttered sheet, removing it from the stack of Fillo Pastry and place on top of the pie filling.
Repeat with remaining Filo Pastry and butter until the pie is covered.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
