How to make a scrunched Fillo Pastry pie top

  1. Lay the whole stack of Fillo Pastry in front of you on the bench, with the short edge facing you.

  2. Brush a sheet of Fillo Pastry liberally with butter, one at a time

  3. Lightly scrunch the buttered sheet, removing it from the stack of Fillo Pastry and place on top of the pie filling.

  4. Repeat with remaining Fillo and butter until the pie is covered.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
