How to roll Fillo Pastry spirals
Lay one sheet of Filo Pastry on a clean bench with the long side in front of you.
Brush the Filo Pastry with butter or oil.
Place another sheet of Filo Pastry over the first sheet. Brush with butter or oil.
Place your filling along the long side of the Fillo Pastry, approximately 3cm from the long edge, and 1cm away from the Fillo Pastry sides.
Fold the edge of the Fillo Pastry over the filling and continue rolling until you have one long log. Ensure the seam side is on the bottom.
Starting at one side, roll the log into a spiral formation.
Transfer to a prepared baking tray and brush with butter or oil.
Bake in the oven until the Fillo Pastry is golden brown.
